Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are only for meetings between "Client" and "JopsDesign" and do not count for any other services rendered by JopsDesign.
Terms of canceling.
If you wish to cancel a meeting, please do so 24 hours before the date and time indicated for a full 100% refund of any monies paid.
Notice of cancellation.
All cancellation notices must be in writing and delivered by email to email@example.com or canceled through the website. A cancellation notice will be deemed on the date JopsDesign receives the cancellation. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.
Terms of Meeting.
The meeting packages are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed. If you are enrolled in a meeting package, unused meetings due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.
Meetings will be solely held on Zoom and are initiated by JopsDesign. The Clients must be ready and prepared at the agreed date and time.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation.
If, at any time, whether the Client or JopsDesign believe the meetings and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation before canceling the meeting package.
All material relating to the meetings is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of JopsDesign.
You understand that all action taken before, during, and after meetings with JopsDesign is performed voluntarily and is your responsibility. Clients should seek professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.
By entering into meetings with JopsDesign either through signing the "I agree to the terms and conditions" through online booking, verbally or in writing showing you interest in my services, or by paying any amount to JopsDesign, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
